We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. We proudly offer a 30-day return policy, which allows you to request a return within 30 days from the official date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the proof of purchase or order number.
2. Return Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
To maintain high standards of hygiene and commerce, certain types of items cannot be returned:
* Final sale or clearance items explicitly marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page.
* Customized or personalized leather goods.
* Gift cards.
* Items that show clear signs of use, wear, or intentional damage.
3. Restocking Fee Disclaimer
Please note that for returns initiated due to buyer's remorse or personal preference (such as a change of mind, incorrect color selection, or style preference), a fixed restocking fee of $10.00 will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover processing and inspection costs.
4. Return Shipping Costs & Liability
* Product Defects/Our Error: If the return is caused by a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or receiving the wrong item, Fanlosn Bag will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.
* Personal Preferences: For non-defective returns (such as a change of mind), the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
* We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost, damaged, or stolen during return transit.

6. Original Shipping Fee Disclaimer
For non-defective returns, the original shipping fee paid at checkout is non-refundable and will be deducted from your final refund amount.
7. Order Cancellation Policy
* Cancellations within 24 Hours: If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.
* Cancellations after 24 Hours: If the order has already been processed or dispatched to our logistics carrier, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, please accept the package upon delivery and contact us to initiate a standard return.
8. Refunds Processing Window
Once your returned package is received and thoroughly inspected by our quality control team, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please bear in mind it may take additional time for your credit card company or bank to officially post the refund.
9. EU Customers
Notwithstanding the above, if our merchandise is being shipped to destinations within the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA), you possess the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt without any justification. The items must still adhere to our original condition standards (unworn, unused, with tags, and original packaging).
