1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: used or damaged items, customized products, sale items, and gift cards.

3. Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of $10.00 applies to all returns.

5. Return Shipping & Liability

All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft that occurs during return transit.

6. Original Shipping Fee

The original shipping fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

7. Order Cancellation

If you cancel within 24 hours of payment, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations after 24 hours are subject to a 12% cancellation fee.

8. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.

9. EU Customers

EU customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days without justification under the Consumer Rights Directive.
