Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items eligible for return must be in the same condition as when you received them—that is, unworn, unused, with tags still attached, and in their original packaging. In addition, you must provide proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how to return the package and the shipping address. Please note: We do not accept return requests that have not been submitted by contacting us in advance.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a product defect or our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
We carefully inspect every item before shipping. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.If an item is non-returnable, we will specify this on the product page. Please feel free to place your order.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
For the EU, we have additional terms: if an item is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the item, without providing any reason or explanation. Similarly, returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will inspect your returned items immediately upon receipt and notify you as soon as possible. If your request is approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Order Cancellation
If you cancel within 24 hours of payment, you will receive a full refund. If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.
Shipping Fees
The original shipping fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft during return transit.
